Dan Williams counsels Clifford & Kenny’s clients on a broad range of municipal labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations and employee discipline issues, and conducts workplace investigations.  Attorney Williams is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
 
Prior to joining Clifford & Kenny, Attorney Williams was an associate at a regional law firm where he counseled employers on strategies to avoid personnel issues and litigated employment law matters on their behalf before Massachusetts courts and administrative agencies.  He also served as an Attorney-Advisor at the United States Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges in Boston.  During law school, Attorney Williams was an Executive Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review.
